Boxing & MMA offers boxing lessons, MMA, and kickboxing classes and lessons. The experience will prove to be
informative as each member get in shape and learn something about themselves.The boxing lessons will focus on basic strategy. A new member will know how fun it can be to a random throw shooting and a long right hand while in form. The facility includes a boxing gym, wrestling mat, speed bag and martial arts equipment.Sunset Boxing & MMA offers personal trainer to advance to the next level, as well as training in all stages of development. Children 17 and under will learn discipline and self defense. The goal of every coach members to get in the best shape of their lives. Sunset Boxing & MMA also provides training in Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Wrestling.
